2024年6月11日~6月13日にドイツ・ニュルンベルグで開催されたパワーエレクトロニクス分野の国際学会PCIM Europe 2024(Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy and Energy Management)にて、名古屋大学の論文が採択されました。PCIM Europeはパワーエレクトロニクスに特化した国際的な学会・展示会で、業界の専門家や研究者が集まり、最新技術やトレンドを共有する重要な会議です。
A paper from Nagoya University has been accepted for presentation at PCIM Europe 2024 (Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy and Energy Management), an international conference in the field of power electronics, to be held in Nuremberg, Germany, from June 11 to June 13, 2024. “Design High Power Inverter with 12 Parallel GaN Devices”
Parallel placement and current imbalance are widely discussed in the application of GaN devices to high-power inverters. This paper describes a circuit layout that reduces the parasitic component of the printed circuit board by mounting GaN devices in 12 parallel in a three-phase inverter circuit. The current imbalance in the multi-pulse test is less than 20% at 600 A current output.
